With New Years quickly approaching many of us will make a resolution we simply can not achieve. The most popular resolution is to lose weight, easier said than done.
The only way to achieve these weight loss goals are to eat healthy, use portion control, exercise and have realistic goals. Think about how long it took to obtain that voluptuous belly, it would be unreasonable to think you can get rid of it in a week or two.
We can start by clearing our cabinets and refrigerator of junk food and sugary drinks, this is not rocket science we all know whats healthy and what isn’t. We should then with advice from a physician setup an exercise program to fit into our busy lifestyles. Again nothing comes easy but with some effort and determination we can all reach our goals.
Remember everyone at times will slip and stray from their program, do not let that be an excuse to binge and totally abort your goals. Diets don’t work, lifestyle changes do.
